Workout

Teams of 2
Every 3 minutes (4 rounds):
50 DU’s (each – working at the same time). (Scaling: 100 singles, scale to 80/60 if you are unable to complete this in under 1:30)
20 Alt Jumping luges (each – working at the same time). (Scaling: Alt Lunges/Assisted lunges)
Max snatch in the remaining time 60/40 (one partner working at a time) Scaling: Alt DB Snatch (4 reps = +1 to the score)
-Rest 90s

*Both partners start at the same time, work through movements 1 and 2 as fast as possible.
*Partners must wait to start a movement until both are done with the previous movement.
*Movement 3 is performed together with one partner working at a time. How you divide sets/reps are up to you.
*Score is the total amount of power snatches performed.
