That’s it, gents! It’s been an absolute privilege programming for you these past few months.

A big thanks to Coach Nathan for organizing and running the sessions, and to all of you for your hard work. Trust me, the benefits of this will last for years to come—I’m not even kidding.

We’re wrapping up with a workout packed with the favorites. Will it be tough? Yes. Will it suck? Absolutely. But we push through because we’re willing to do today what no one else wants, so that we can do tomorrow what no one else can.

Next week, let’s give those PNHS lads a hell of a shock. Go get ’em, Panthers!

“One last time”

Relay style – start with the “Buy in” then progress into the workout ending with the “Cash out”.

Buy In: 40 Cal Assault Bike (Controlled stop – penalty is 10 burpees before you continue the workout 🙂 )

Into:

200m Run

40 Box Jumps

200m Run

40 KB Russian Swings 16/12 (*Head up to the horizon)

200m Run

40 Med ball slams (10/7)

200m Run

40 DB Goblet Alternating Lunges 15/10

Relay style, one after the other starting with the first that completed the workout:

Cash Out: 200m Sled push (40kg for forwards, 30kg for backs)

* We want everyone on their feet as quick as possible, we are supporting until everyone is over the line!
