Perform As Many Repetitions as Possible (AMRAP), unbroken, of Bench Press. Rest as needed before completing as many hang cleans as possible, unbroken. Continue in this manner for 5 rounds.
The score is the total cumulative number of repetitions of Bench Press and cleans across all 5 rounds of the workout.
Intended Stimulus
There is no prescribed rest between rounds. The spirit of the workout is to keep the number of reps per round from degrading while keeping the work-to-rest ratio comparable from round to round (eg: not resting 10 minutes between rounds).
